It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Brian Roger White, age 72, of Streets Ridge, NS. Brian passed away on Sunday June 26, 2022 at the Colchester East Hants Health Care Centre in Truro with Rosella and Gorden by his side.

Born in Pugwash, NS, he was a son of the late Roy and Mildred (Rushton) White.

Brian loved nature, horses, hunting, fishing and four wheeling. Brian could often be found working around the house. He enjoyed taking his dogs Baby and Duke for long walks. He was always willing to lend a hand, often plowing his neighbors drive ways in the winter. Brian had a heart of gold and was one of a kind. He loved helping people but above all else he loved his family, especially his dear wife, Rosella.

Brian will be dearly missed by his wife Rosella; brothers Henry (Cora) of Pugwash, Douglas (Janice) of Pughwash, Thomas (Gertie) of Thomson Road, Herman (Trudy) of Pugwash, Robert(Donna) of Northport; sisters Faye White of Pugwash River, Brenda(Paul) O'Blenis of MacDonald Road, Amherst, and Shirley(Darrell) Cail of Northport; daughter Barb Wilson of Tatamagouche; son Billy Canning of BC; step son Gorden(Lisha Goodwin) of Oxford and Jason Pye of Calgary; grandchildren Crissy Wilson, Trevor Wilson, Nicholas Wilson and Rica Jackson; sister-in-law Sharon MacKenzie of Amherst; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sister Gertie and brothers Terry in infancy and Gary.

Arrangements have been entrusted into the care and guidance of W. Allen Funeral Home, 60 Water Street, Oxford, NS (902-447-2167) where visitation will take place Sunday, July 3, 2022 from 6 pm until 8 pm. A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 4, 2022 at 2pm at the W. Allen Funeral Home in Oxford with burial to follow in the Thomson Station Cemetery.
