Frank will be sadly missed by his sons Michael (Susan) Carter, and Keith (Christine) Carter; daughters Carol Carter, Nancy (Carl) Betts, and Brenda (Walter) Oikle; his brother, Wilfred (Betty) Carter; eleven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and plenty of nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Anna (Fowler) Carter; his sisters, Ella (Todd) Wilmot, Carrie (Ira) Betts, Jean (Norman) McFadden, and his brother Harold (Pauline) Carter.

Arrangements are under the care and supervision of W. Allen Funeral Home, 60 Water Street, Oxford, NS (902 447-2167).  Honouring Frank's wishes, cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at the Pine Grove Cemetery, Oxford, on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at 1 pm.
